For hygiene reasons, all Daily Dose purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Hair and beauty hygiene is extremely important to us, and this policy helps us make sure every product you receive is fresh, clean, and has never been used or handled by another customer.
That being said, we never want a DD girl to be unhappy with her order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issue with your purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to understand what happened and find the right solution for you.
